If your megaphone does not work and is no longer covered by the origined Product Warranty, please call us at 1-800-691-5540. Let us know the problem. If it can be fixed, we'll notify you of the cost (usually around $35.00 including parts, labor and shipping cost back to you). Repair usually will take about 2 to 3 weeks including round trip shipping. We've been specialized in repairing the follwoing brand name megaphones.
