Shipping

It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a complete and deliverable address in order to have the merchandise delivered on time. Customer will bear all the costs and consquences of not providing complete and deliverable address.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay for Duties, Taxes, Custom Brokerage Fees required by the Canadian Customs for merchandise shipped to Canada.

All items are shipped standard via UPS Ground. Other shipping methods except Saturday Delivery are also available as shown at the Check-out section. Please contact us at 1-800-691-5540 for further assistance.

Order received after 1:30PM (EST) usually will be processed on the following business day.

For shipment to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands, please call us to confirm the UPS freight charge.

Saturday Delivery is available only in a few areas. Please call first to confirm the availability. The Next Day delivery does not include Saturday Delivery. For example: Order received on Friday for UPS Next Day Air Saver will be delivered on the following Monday by UPS.

 

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Credit card payments will be handled by "Kendoo Technology," which is the name that will appear on your credit card statement.

We also accept payment by check. Please make checks payable to "Kendoo Technology."

Return Policy

   All returned merchandises need to be packed in the original package.
  • Return of Damaged or Defective Items:

    All megaphones have been carefully tested and inspected before shipment to our customers. In the event of damage due to the course of shipment, please contact us within 30 days from the invoice date by calling 1-800-691-5540 to get a return authorization number (RMA #) before you return the product(s). We make every reasonable effort to replace items in a timely manner. Please have the following information available:

    -Your email address
    -Your mailing address
    -Your phone number
    -Your invoice number

    The customer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to bullhornusa. If the returned item is defective or damaged due to the part of BullHornUSA, we will refund the return shipping charge to the customer.
  •   Return of Unwanted Items:

    All items are covered by our Return Policy, effective within 30 days from the purchase date.

    A re-stocking fee of $15.00 will be charged for each unwanted item returned.

    For returns more than 30 days after the purchase date, it is under management's discretion to refund partially, replace with another unit, or to decline the return.

    The customer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to Bullhornusa and the cost will not be refunded.
  • Return of Incorrect Items:

    If you have received an incorrect item, or an error has occurred with your purchase order, please contact a Customer Service Specialist at 1-800-691-5540 within 30 days from the purchase date.
Limited Product Warranty

All products from Bullhornusa carry a manufacturer's 12 Month Limited Product Warranty , beginning on the date of the purchase of the product. See Warranty for complete terms.
